Day 160: Back in Business

I held The Husband off as long as I could but he took the idea of "holding off on any house projects until after Christmas" quite literally. With those Lowe's gift cards burning a hole in his pocket he went out early yesterday morning and bought many feet of crown molding.

I don't know if I have ever described this to any of you but none of our walls meet our ceilings. As you can see in the picture below there is about a two inch gap between the two - hence all of the crown molding. So, all the molding is up up-stairs now. It is not painted and still isn't pretty but at least now it will be more difficult for the mice to down from the attic.


I am JUST KIDDING there are NO MICE:)
