The house we currently live in has been on the market for thirteen days and we have our first showing at 11:30 today! According to the realtor, the couple coming to look at the house is moving to the area because of a job transfer and has to make a decision on a house soon so that they can close in August.
I am so nervous! I would love them to choose our house, which I think is very cute and stages very well, but there is no way we could be ready to move by August! In talking with The Husband last night, he feels the same way. It would be great if this house sold that quickly but HOLY CRAP if we have to move next month.
There are so many things we have to do at the new/old house and we still have to have the biggest garage sale ever at this house.
So....keep your fingers crossed that they like our house - I guess.
