As stated in a previous post, we went out of town for the weekend. Before leaving we let The Realtor know that we would be out of town, the dog would be in the kennel and the house would be clean if he wanted to bring anybody by. So we cleaned our little hearts out on Friday and basically vacuumed our way out the door.
I don't know if it is wishful thinking but I swear there are footprints in our freshly vacuumed carpet so I am hoping that we had, yet another, showing over the weekend. A call into The Realtor tomorrow will confirm our suspicions.
Plus, if there was no showing then somebody broke into our house just to take a look around. :P
