Da 172: We Did It Again

Ahh yes, the China White, Barefoot Beach and Flat White Ceiling Paint are out and in action. AND we have finally started work upstairs!!! This week we worked on the upstairs hallway. I am a little ashamed to admit that I was getting used to the way it looked and really wasn't in very much of a hurry to get it done. And this is why....

Monday: Prep-work and sanding the ceiling
Tuesday: Cleaning up ceiling mess and priming
Wednesday: 1st coat of Trim Paint
Thursday: 2nd coat of Trim Paint
Friday: 3rd coat of Trim Paint
Saturday: Taping, 2 coats of wall paint, painting and installing all door hardware, paint ceiling
Sunday: Clean-up

Oh and not because I want you to feel sorry for me, but all three coats of trim paint were applied with the help of a 3 year old. Her job was to make sure she brushed up against or put her hands on every area that I had just painted.
